e-tag Application Forms
You can now apply for your e-tag online.
The links below will take you to the relevant application forms. Fill in the form you need, and when you click 'Submit', the completed application form will be emailed to the address you specify.
All you need do is sign the form and fax it to us.
Please note: There is a once off fee of R50-00 for your e-tag application
