1. Can I get a receipt in the lane when I use my e-tag?
No. You will have to stop to collect the receipt which will negate the main advantage of the e-tag, the benefit of not stopping. Your toll usage will reflect on your monthly bank statement and Itemised Billing is available on request.
2. Can I get an itemised bill for my e-tag transits?
Yes. An Itemised Bill showing full details of individual transits through the plazas is available to post-paid e-tag holders only, on a monthly basis. To obtain an Itemised Bill mark the appropriate block on the Application Form. If you are already in possession of an e-tag and would like to receive an Itemised Bill in future, contact the e-tag Office in writing and request an Itemised Bill. The cost for this service is currently R28.50/month (incl. VAT). This will be deducted from your credit/fleet card after the Itemised Bill has been dispatched. Please note that the monthly fee will still be payable even if no transits were incurred during a calendar month.
3. Can I get a VAT invoice for tax purposes?
Yes. Tax invoices for e-tag transits are not issued on a routine basis. They are however available on request. If this service is required, please contact:

4. What do I do if I have an accounts query?

Please note that other e-tag outlets do not have the necessary computer access to resolve accounts queries. Please have your e-tag number or vehicle registration number at hand when you phone.
